Meet Ella Storch

As the Patient Care Coordinator at Hearing Aids by Tricia Leagjeld, Bends location, I am proud to continue a family legacy that has served the Central Oregon community for generations. My great-grandfather originally founded this hearing aid business with the goal of helping individuals improve their quality of life through better hearing. Today, I am honored to carry that mission forward alongside my mother, Tricia Leagjeld, who has built a trusted and compassionate practice rooted in personalized care.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from California State University, Fresno, where I also competed as a Division I student athlete. Balancing the demands of academics, athletics, and leadership roles helped me develop strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for serving others, all of which I now apply in my day to day work at the clinic.

In my current role, I am responsible for managing front office operations, patient scheduling, and communications, as well as maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment for every person who walks through our doors. I take pride in making sure our patients feel heard, understood, and cared for throughout their entire hearing journey.

Beyond administrative responsibilities, I am committed to learning the clinical side of audiology under my mother’s mentorship with the long term goal of becoming a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist. Having grown up immersed in this profession, I understand the impact that hearing loss can have on a person’s daily life, and I am passionate about being part of a team that helps restore confidence, connection, and well being through hearing care.

I look forward to continuing to grow within this field while upholding the values of professionalism, compassion, and service that have defined our family’s work in hearing health for decades.
